I’m Devon. I’ve spent the last decade building and fixing operations for businesses from early-stage startups to companies turning over £50M+. Once per week, every Tuesday. Occasionally I’ll send a bonus case study or resource, but never more than twice per week.
Is this just motivational content?
No. Every email contains a specific framework, script, or methodology you can use this week. Tactical, not theoretical.
Will you try to sell me things?
I’m launching the WorkflowMaps VA certification in January 2025. You’ll hear about it. But the newsletter content is valuable whether you join the certification or not.
What if I’m new to being a VA?
This newsletter is designed for established VAs who want to level up their positioning and pricing. If you’re brand new, focus on getting your first few clients, then come back!
